A checkout clean is not a tidy-up. It is measured against the inventory report taken the day you moved in, and it is judged by a clerk who does this for a living and who will photograph anything that falls short. That is why we work from the same list they do: appliances pulled out and cleaned behind, limescale off the shower screen, grease off the extractor filter, dust off the tops of door frames and curtain rails.
Most deposit deductions in London are not about deep grime. They are about the things tenants genuinely forget — the oven shelves, the washing machine drawer and rubber seal, the inside of kitchen cupboards, the window tracks, the bin store. Every one of those is on our checklist before we arrive, which is why we can put a re-clean promise behind the work.
We clean empty properties by preference, on the day between your move-out and the checkout appointment. If your furniture is still in place we will work around it, but tell us when you book so we can allow the extra time rather than rush the finish.
