You arrange parking at pickup, drop-off and any stops. You secure any permits. You pay any parking tickets, issued on the day or later by post.
We charge hourly or a fixed fee. Packing and materials cost extra unless agreed.
If a job runs into the next hour, our team may allow 10–15 minutes’ grace.
Stairs are not charged by default. We agree any charge with you first.
Your goods are insured in our vans unless we advised packing them. Our team advises on valuable, fragile or awkward items. We may offer packing for a small fee. You decide. If you decline our advice, we’d require a written confirmation by text and the item travels uninsured. All other goods stay covered.
Pay in full at the drop-off address, before unloading or at the estimated finish time. We refund or charge any time difference.
Have all items ready to load at pickup. Check everything is unloaded before our team leaves.
